One of the main problems in newly built offices is that the phone and 4G signal is not good. The outdoor mobile signal can hardly pass through concrete, stone or thick walls, causing phone calls to stutter or drop. Sometimes it is not possible to call at all, but when we put ourselves close to the windows the signal is available and allows us to call. This problem is expected to only increase with the arrival of the new 5G network. How come there is no mobile coverage in the newly built offices? There are plenty of examples of newly built office buildings with excellent mobile signal outside as there are more than enough transmission masts but yet we find that the mobile signal inside is poor often low to moderate.
